Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Liability

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package is with the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been dropped off with the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information needed to support your claim.
